This is important time to wake up from the sleep of winter and plant the seed to grow into the new energy. You will have the opportunity to create your own sounds and learn how to feel and sense vibrations as they resonate in your body. Experience a cleansing wave of healing sounds from, Tibetan Bowls, gongs and rain-sticks to heal the past; enabling you to use art to manifest your future, during the sixth day of rebirth on the Mayan Calendar; even if you think you can’t draw. PLEASE BRING PAPER AND COLOURS TO DRAW AND ANY BOWL OR DRUM YOU WISH 10am - 5.00pm £50 (non members £70)
