One Day workshop

On this one day workshop we will discover how our energy centers are related with our own physical development and 'remember' who we are. By revisiting our past we may understand how we arrived at where we are today which may bring up memories from the past that have remained hidden in the subconscious. We will create a loving and healing space to hold each other in the knowledge that we are all here as ‘one’. Our paths may have been full of challenges and lessons, and by 'seeing' where we have come from we can begin to understand where we are going and by connecting with the inner self we will appreciate why we are really here.

We will begin with setting our intention and move on to an interactive drum ceremony, grounding and connecting our physical selves to the mother earth and hear the song of the mother, becoming comfortable in the surroundings and absorbing the subtle healing energies around.

Continuing on through the day we will amplify our intuition and feeling moving on to the heart energy, giving each other readings from the heart, showing how we can connect together on the heart level and express our emotions with love.

An afternoon sound ceremony will allow you to journey into sound with complete freedom, leaving your physical body and discovering the secrets of the universe that surrounds us. At this point you will be invited to experience where you really belong!

You are encoraged to bring along drums and bowls if you would like to play, and cards for readings if you have them.
